Welcome to Proxima Property Care! These Terms of Service (TOS) outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

“You,” “Client,” refers to the individual or business using our services.
“Services,” refers to the services offered by Proxima Property Care, including but not limited to cleaning, specialist cleaning, repairs and maintenance, painting and decorating, handyman services, and gardening.
2. Services
Proxima Property Care provides a range of property care services as described below:
Cleaning: Routine and deep cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
Specialist Cleaning: Carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and other specialized services.
Repairs and Maintenance: General property repairs and upkeep, including electrical and plumbing services.
Painting and Decorating: Interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, and decorating services.
Handyman Services: Small repairs, installations, and general maintenance tasks.
Gardening: Routine garden maintenance, lawn care, and other related services.
By booking our services, you agree to the following conditions regarding the delivery of these services.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking: Services must be booked in advance, either through our website, by phone, or via email.
Payment: Payment is required after the completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (subject to prior agreement).
Cancellations: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service cost.
4. Client Responsibilities
Access to Property: You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our staff are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.
Working Environment: The property should be in a condition that allows our staff to perform their duties without undue risk or hindrance.
Pre-existing Damage: You are responsible for notifying us of any pre-existing damage to the property before services are carried out. Proxima Property Care is not liable for any damage that arises during service but was not caused by our staff.
5. Liability and Limitations
Liability: We will make every effort to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
Normal wear and tear of the premises.
Any pre-existing damage or issues that are aggravated during the service but not caused by the service itself.
Loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with these terms.
Insurance: We are fully insured to provide the services listed. However, any claims related to property damage must be made within 24 hours of the service being provided.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We guarantee the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, you must notify us within 48 hours, and we will take reasonable steps to rectify the issue.
Services such as repairs and maintenance are guaranteed for a period of [insert period], provided that proper usage and care guidelines are followed by the client.
7. Health and Safety
